The Eastern Junior has been rescheduled for March 12, 2016 and will be held at Baccalieu Collegiate in Old Perlican, NL.  If you previously registered for the tournament you will have to register again.

 

EVENTS

• Under 15: Boys’ Singles, Girls’ Singles, Boys’ Doubles, Girls’ Doubles, Mixed Doubles
• Under 17: Boys’ Singles, Girls’ Singles, Boys’ Doubles, Girls’ Doubles, Mixed Doubles
• Under 19: Boys’ Singles, Girls’ Singles, Boys’ Doubles, Girls’ Doubles, Mixed Doubles
• Under 23: Boys’ Singles, Girls’ Singles, Boys’ Doubles, Girls’ Doubles, Mixed Doubles

FORMAT

• All events will use a round robin pool format unless numbers make it necessary to use a single elimination draw.
• Athletes/teams will be assigned to compete in round robin pools of 4, with pools of 3 or 5 by exception if there is an odd number of entries. 
• If there are less than 3 entries in an event, entrants will be given the option to participate in the next highest age category. 
• It is each entrant’s responsibility to enter the appropriate age category, in consultation with their coach and/or parents when appropriate.

ENTRY DEADLINE  Wednesday, March 9 , 2016; 10:00 PM

Entries must be submitted using the online tournament registration form, indicating for each athlete:

• Date of birth and age category (Under 15, Under 17, Under 19 and Under 23)
• Events (male or female singles, male or female doubles, mixed)

 

All entries must be submitted via the Online Tournament Registration System and participants are responsible for their own registration.

 

TOURNAMENT FEES

• 1 event-$15.00; 2 events-$20.00; 3 events-$25.00
• Fee of $10 for affiliation (unless a member of an affiliated club) 
• Competition fee, $6 unless yearly rate of $12 already paid.
• Insurance fee $6 for tournament or $12 yearly rate (Optional).
• All fees must be paid before the start of play.

All girls must wear protective eye wear when playing mixed doubles
