The 2011-2012 Sr. Provincial Championships will take place on Saturday March 10 at Queen Elizabeth Regional High.

Time: Warm-up and registration at 8:30 am. Play begins at 9:00 am, starting with Men’s Singles.

Events: Women’s Singles, Women’s Doubles, Men’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles.

Safety: All girls under 19 must wear protective eye wear when playing mixed doubles.

Format:

•  Each event will have a single category with round robin pools of 3-5 players or teams.
• The number of pools will be determined by the number of entries.
• Events may be combined if there are less than 3 entries in one event. For example, if there is only one women’s doubles team, it will be offered the chance to play in the men’s doubles event.
• The tournament convener will have the final decision should there be any concern or discrepancy.

The registation deadline is Wednesday March 7, 2012.
